Hey guys! I can’t believe it’s already Sunday again – where did this week go? I thought I would have soooo much time here, as I don’t have to work. But honestly, I’m so busy every day I don’t even get half of the things done I want to. Keeping an apartment tidy, actually cooking most meals from scratch and yourself, running errands, doing shopping…oh my! So, what did I eat this week?
As you can tell from the pictures above, I had an abundance of colorful dishes this week. quinoa Porridge, acai bowls, avocado toast, buckwheat porridge, overnight oats with cinnamon & clove spiced coconut water, banana french toast sandwiches, granola and delicious chocolate layered banana almond baked oatmeal. So, let me continue being busy and working on this blog and everything else that comes up 😉 I am actually currently in a café where they already play non-stop Christmas music. Hm. Yeah. I kind of enjoy it right now, but…will I still do so when it is actually Christmas? I’m not so sure about that!
