Sunday Talk and My Week on Instagram #20

My Week on Instagram #20

Happy February! Can you believe that the first month of 2015 is already over and also that I’m doing this post for the 20th week? I can’t believe how fast the time runs – and also how far away New York already feels again, even though I just returned a bit more than a week ago. Oh my. I’ve used my last few Sundays already to share some personal thoughts or stories with you, so I figured I could make it ‘official’ by calling them Sunday Talks. If I bore you, let me know and I stop it again 😉

So what’s been going on this week? I finally made it to the library with a friend of mine to actually sit down and work on my master’s thesis. Yey! So let’s hope I can stick with it and make some progress. I also started the #30daysofyoga series from Yoga with Adriene. This series actually started in January and just came to an end, but I decided to start it now and do one of her videos each day. I’m on day 6 right now and I love it! I really want to get into a regular yoga practice again, because when I did that, I had no back problems, my muscles were generally stronger and I was waaaay more relaxed. I don’t even know why I really stopped. Wait. Yes I do. But that’s probably a story for another day, I don’t want to start a rant right now 😉

Blog-wise I have a few exciting projects in the making and already 3 new breakfast recipes that are coming your way very soon. I’m also planning a new Savory Saturdays post, but I haven’t had time to make it in daylight and right now I’m missing a crucial ingredient. #foodbloggerproblems

So what what happened on Instagram this week? Quite some delicious breakfasts: oatmeal, overnight oats, tahini mugcake, buckwheat, french toast and I finally got the post for my Cinnamon Maple(water) Banana Ice-Cream online! Apart from food, I also posted about Simple & Effective Natural Body Care routine and how I try to create less waste. I have some more thoughts on that topic, stay tuned for another entry on creating less waste and being mindful of resources soon.

What did you guys love most? Actually my absolutely simple oatmeal from last Sunday. I guess I have a lot of oatmeal lover amongst you guys!

That’s it for this Sunday – I hope you have a good week! Stay tuned for tomorrow’s breakfast post, it’s going to be a yummy one 🙂
