Hello again! I’ve been doing this weekly roundup now for 25 weeks, which also means, I’ve been blogging for the same amount of time. In February Curls’n’Chard turned 6 months old, it’s still a baby, but not as much of a newborn anymore! Something exciting (for me) will happen around the end of this month too – I will move this blog to a self-hosted installation! This is not going to change anything for you, don’t worry. It just means more freedom for me, being able to use plugins and simply taking this blog to the next level. Having kept going for more than half a year now, I can definitely tell that it is something I want to keep going and growing.
In terms of growing, I also hosted my very first breakfast workshop last Sunday and it was a blast! I will put a recap online with some pictures as soon as I can – I also want to edit a little video for YouTube, because a lovely friend took some videos during the workshop. I’ll hopefully be able to show you all of it this coming week. I hope I will soon be able to do more – either private workshops with people that contact me, or public workshops that I arrange. If you are interested or know someone who is, please do not hesitate to contact me!
On a different topic – what happened on Instagram this week? Well first off, cookies! I published the Soft Banana Raspberry Oatmeal Cookies last week, which were a huge hit on Pinterest and also on Instagram. Apart from that, I had a lot of pomegranate for breakfast, as I got a really big one for very little money. I made my tahini mug cake, raw buckwheat porridge (which has updated pictures!) aaaaaand I made vegan mini blueberry popovers! They were a total experiment, and they turned out 100% delicious. Recipe coming tomorrow morning!
