Healthy Vegan Snack Exchange with Feasting on Fruit

Healthy Vegan Snack Exchange with Natalie from Feasting on Fruit | curlsnchard.com

Happy Friday guys! Today I’m doing something quite different: this is a collaboration post with Natalie from Feasting on FruitΒ and we sent each other healthy, vegan snack packages! This little snack exchange stemmed from us joking around in the comment section of my Vienna Food Haul post, that we each want what we can only get in the other country!

A short time later, we actually sent each other a selection of our favorite healthy vegan snacks. Oh, and this is obviously not a sponsored post, we just had fun going shopping for each other! We each also made a taste testing video were you can see us reacting to the different snacks:

In case the embedded YouTube player doesn’t work for you, here is the link to the video.

I’m not going to list out every single product here, but let me tell you my favorites: first and foremost, the Rawmio Hazelnut Silk is a product that I’m absolutely in love. I use it so frequently to drizzle on my breakfast, or in a more fudge-y consistency out of the fridge for a little spoon full as a snack. It is quite indulgent and decadent, so you shouldn’t go overboard with it. Still, the ingredients are natural and Β high quality, so I don’t feel as bad for snacking on it. I also really love the One Lucky Duck Cinnamon Crispies – I either just snack a handful right from the bag, or eat it like cereal in a bowl with my favorite non-dairy milk. πŸ˜‰ The Cocomels and the Panda Raspberry Licorice were also absolutely delicious and gone way too fast for my liking. Oh, and the Cacao Goji Power Snacks from Navitas Naturals currently power my thesis writing sessions at the library. I love them – they are not too sweet, but still sweet and chocolate-y enough to satisfy those afternoon cravings.

Oh, and I really didn’t warm up to the Brad’s Raw Chips. There were okay snacked together with something else, but on their own are not my cup of tea. But hey, that doesn’t mean that you might not love them! I think the concept behind it is wonderful, so give them a try if you happen to see them somewhere.

Thank you so much again Natalie, for sending me this amazing snack package! Please hop on over to Natalie’s blog and YouTube Channel, to check out her part of the snack exchange with the products I sent her!

  1. Woohoo!!! This was SO fun <3 I love that you told the little backstory on how it all started too πŸ™‚ And we both ended up with one thing we didn't love out of the whole box, so I'd say that's pretty good for just mostly guessing the others preferences! lol

    1. Yes, this was so so much fun Natalie! I’m so happy that we did this πŸ™‚ I agree, that’s really pretty good that there was only one thing that we weren’t such huge fans of!

    1. Haha, I totally agree! I’ve always got a little baggie with those in my handbag right now, they are perfect for when those afternoon munchies hit πŸ˜€

  2. Loving this post – so many great snack choices! I LOVE Barnana snacks, they’re sooo good!

  3. Awesome healthy, snack finds! Love LaraBars and definitely gotta find those Cinnamon Crispies!! Thanks for sharing!

    1. Hi Cathi, so happy you are here πŸ™‚ Those cinnamon crisps are awesome, I can HIGHLY recommend them!

    1. Hey Aisha πŸ™‚ I’m so happy you found your way to my blog! Just to clarify, I’m not vegan, but usually my recipes are as I really enjoy making vegan food (there are two vegetarian recipes on my blog, everything else is vegan). I love fruit for snacking too, sometimes they are just a bit difficult to transport and/or I’m just craving other things πŸ˜€ Hope you have a great day!

    1. Oh I feel you Jennifer! I usually get my snacks in the city where I study – there is hardly anything to get in my little hometown as well! πŸ™‚
