Green Cucumber Mint Smoothie
Serves: 1
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ orange*
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 handful spinach (frozen)
  • 1 small handful mint leaves (to taste)
  1. Blend first the cucumber, orange and mint leaves up. Rather just add a few first and try the mixture, because mint leaves can be quite potent!
  2. Once you have no more bits in there, add the frozen banana and spinach and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
*I simply peel it and take off most of the white "bits" and then just throw it into the blender. You might want to make sure that there are no seeds in the orange, before you blend it though!
